About Me
 
My approach to life is to have fun but also work towards better health so we can enjoy the days we have.  I've had a chronic disease for 20 years so I know the difficulties that poor health creates.  My husband had a heart attack 5 years ago.  Together we have used qigong, tai chi and other fitness approaches to regain our health and vitality.  As long as you're breathing, there is hope.  I get so much for teaching Tai Chi and Qigong.  Many of my students have come to me and told me how their health has improved, I love it!  A few of my students have become inspired to become instructors themselves!  I think this is a wonderful healing modality of movement that can greatly improve your health, no matter your age or condition.
