I hope you will enjoy the info I have provided here.  Since finding tai chi and qigong a few years ago, my husband and I have found new energy and peace.  To make sure I am presenting the best exercise to my clients, I am now also an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer.
 
I am available for personal or group training in Tai Chi or personal fitness in the Tampa Florida area.  I specialize in working with adults over 50 years old.  As a member of the 49+ group, I know that many of us have various health challenges as we age.  In most instances, a gentle exercise like tai chi or qigong can really make an improvement.  If you have a specific fitness goal, like a 5K or hiking at Yosemite I will be glad to help you design an exercise program to help you meet that goal.
